HAPPY NEW YEAR!

A very Happy New Year to everyone!

Can you believe 2010 has been and gone? It has certainly been a year of change for me... and I'm glad to say I kept to the 365 challenge because I've got a little snapshot of daily goings on in the life of Sandy!

Here are last year's monthly journal pages (sounds weird saying that as it was only yesterday!)

And I'm sticking to the challenge again this year, this is my January, all ready to go...

It's great fun and I'm looking forward to being inspired by everyone's art.

  18. Hi Sandra,

Thank you so much for popping into my blog and leaving me a message. It's much appreciated, particularly as I've been AWOL for so long.

Just had a lovely time browsing your creations. I love the colour palette of your 2010 calendar mine is so different each month a doesn't seem to hang together - yours if just lovely.

Glad to see you're continuing - I'm not - need some new challenges but will still enjoy watching what you create.

    Happy New Year

  20. A belated Happy New Year to you missus... hope it's a gud 'un for yer ;-p

Wowsa you sure were busy with your jounalling last year... they are all fabulous pages but then your art journalling is ALWAYS gorgeous.

I'm hopping and skipping about from one project to another like a squirrel with a nut...wish I could settle on just one thing and stick with it...lol

Re- your question about the oil pastels and gesso... tis simply painting watered down gesso over the oil pastels... but hey the course is free so why don't you go check out the videos... they are really cool and if you are owt like me it's easier to pick something up if you see it done.
    Omg I've written a book here...rofl (sorry)
    hugs
